Centre for Evaluation in Education and Science in partnership with the National Library of Serbia is organising the Fifth Belgrade International Open Access Conference during May 18-19, 2012 in Belgrade, Serbia. This year conference would be focusing on local and regional journals striving for international excellence and recognition. It welcomes contributions and participation from journal editors and publishers, science managers and administrators, research evaluators, librarians, information systems developers, and all others interested in open access.
