Catalogue 2012 CTA Publishing

The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) published Catalogue 2012 CTA Publishing. CTA Publications Catalogue includes between 550 and 600 titles (co-)published by CTA in English, French and - to a limited extent - in Portuguese, Spanish and Swahili. CTA publishes and co-publishes printed, electronic and/or multimedia information products on various aspects of agriculture and rural development.

Subscriptions available free-of-charge in ACP countries

The Publications Distribution Service distributes CTA (co-) publications on a subscription basis. The subscriptions are available free-of-charge to organisations in the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States which are involved in agriculture and rural development.

To be eligible for a free subscription, the organisations must fill in an application form and certify their dedication to actively share the information with others. If their application is accepted, they receive a free subscription to Spore/Esporo and an account with credit points to order publications. The credit points are renewed every year. Each CTA (co-) publication has a nominal value in credit points. More information.

Support to publishers and authors

Publishers and authors of material in agricultural and rural development are invited to submit their proposals to CTA for support. Our support can take a number of forms including: financing some or all of the costs of production, purchase of a set number of copies of the publication, covering the costs of translation, editorial assistance, and technical or scientific advice.

CTA is a joint international institution of the ACP Group of States and the European Union. Its mission is to advance food and nutrition al security, increase prosperity and encourage sound natural resource management.
