OpenAGRIS, agINFRA and AGROVOC presented at "AOS 2011"

The Joint International Symposium on Natural Language Processing and Agriculture Ontology Service (SNLP-AOS) 2011 is taking place in Bangkok (Thailand) from the 9th–10th of February, 2012.

OpenAGRIS, agINFRA and AGROVOC at AOS

During the Agricultural Ontology Service (AOS) workshop the following three presentations were held:

AOS Workshops

This is already the 9th AOS workshop (first one took place in 2001). The AOS workshops serve as occasions for researchers and practicioners in the area of semantically-driven information management in agriculture to meet and exchange experiences.

Yes, it is confusing, but the title of the conference is actually "SNLP-AOS 2011", please see also their website: http://www.snlp.in.th/index.php

I will take out 'Bangkok', that way it looks less like the titles gives place and date.

Hi Hugo. It looks odd, but it is not a typo. The workshop was due to take place in December last year (2011) but it had to be postponed due to extraordinary flood in Bangkok. That is why it was held in 2012, but it was actually the 2011's edition of AOS.
