William is an Engineer - Agronomist with a Master’s in Animal Production. For more than 25 years, he has put his skills at the service of the development sector. He mainly focused on issues related to food and nutrition security, the environment, risk, and disaster management. Additionally, William trained members of community organizations in capacity building, community enterprise development, and, microfinance. He has also developed expertise in project management and evaluation. In the fields of local governance, microfinance, microenterprise, agriculture, and livestock, he excelled at integrating methods of institutional diagnosis, program impact analysis, and capitalization of experiences.
