AGRIS and RJOAS announce competition for youth research projects

The Russian Journal of Agricultural and Socio-Economic Sciences (RJOAS), supported by AGRIS, announced a competitive selection of the best youth research projects concerning the development and application of innovative technologies in the field of natural and the social sciences and humanities.

Selection of projects

The selection will take place at the 12th National Research Fair for Young Researchers (NTTM 2012) which will be held in Moscow, June 26-29, 2012. During this fair, young researchers from different Russian regions will showcase their scientific and technical ideas and projects.

Representatives of the journal's scientific-editorial board will select projects in the following areas:

  • Natural and social sciences and humanities - the innovative development of Russia.
  • Innovative technologies in the agricultural sector in Russia and abroad.

Authors of the best youth projects will have the opportunity to publish their work in the pages of RJOAS.

Russian Journal of Agricultural and Socio-Economic Sciences

RJOAS is a "an interdisciplinary open access journal of agriculture and socio-economic studies. The journal aims at establishing a bridge between theory and practice in the fields of agriculture and socio-economic research. It reports on the latest research findings innovative approaches for agriculture production and socio-economic development." Its articles are indexed in the AGRIS database.

Last month AGRIS and RJOAS announced information support for events held as part of 6th International Congress and Exhibition "Global Education - Education without Borders"
