What are your domain(s) of expertise?:
information system, standard, metadata, open access
What is your relationship with agricultural information management standards, tools and services?:
For the last 8 years, I have been working for INRA on different missions with progressive responsibilities. I was hired first for my expertise in information systems. But, when INRA signed the Berlin Conference Declaration on Open Access, I was asked to join the scientific information division to design an Open Access policy for Inra. Since the last 4 years, I have been responsible for the Inra Open Access policy and set up a service-oriented policy for ProdInra, the Inra institutional open archive (http://www.prodinra.inra.fr). I am team leader (6 FTEmployers) and manage a network of 90+ people. I have been named member of the Science Europe Working Group on Open Access on behalf of Inra. Also representative in national and international working group and associations. My missions are international-oriented as research & open access remove geographical barriers. I am eager to work with new partners in our Agricultural fields.
