What is your relationship with agricultural information management standards, tools and services?
I lead a team of researchers that generate data sets that are then shared with the donor in reports. These data should be properly documented in a standard format to make it easy for them to be integrated with other data sources from other researchers. I also am a co-founder of Open Plant Pathology, https://openplantpathology.org/, which strives to make plant pathology more open and reproducible for everyone. In my work I mainly use GitHub, Figshare, OSF and Zenodo and am interested in FAIR data principals and standardised ontologies to help with data sharing.
