
Benjamin Abugri is an award-winning Knowledge Management Expert, passionate, hardworking, focused and results oriented professional with a great passion for children, Youth and women. My value proposition is to is use cost effective but efficient KM systems and processes to deliver the required agricultural data, information, knowledge and innovations for informed decision making by actors along the value chain and to promote advocacy, networking, outreach, learning and sharing. He is advocate for climate change issues and has been involved in promoting the Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration approach in Northern Ghana for the past 7 years now.
He has been widely involved in leading the implementation of key Knowledge Management activities and initiatives supporting various technical deliverables in key research institutions at the community, National, continental and at the global levels. In his current role as Knowledge Management & Outreach Officer at the Forum for Agricultural Research for Africa (FARA), he has been strengthening knowledge management systems, processes and creating the right networks for African Agricultural Research for Development (AR4D).
He has worked previously worked for World Vision International, John Snow Health Research and Training Institute (JSI) and the University Research Company (URC) – Centre for Human Services (CHS) and USAID projects.
