a) Identification, characterization and Molecular Diagnostics of Fungal plant pathogens and designing and validation of markers aided through bioinformatics tools. b) Plant pathogens isolation, identification and microscopic and histopathological study. c) Development and uses of markers and Gene tagging and genetic mapping for agriculturally important traits. d) Kinetic studies and biochemical characterization of plant peroxidase. e) Indentification ,cloning , expression of new genes for biological control of new diseases insect and pest.
