What is your relationship with agricultural information management standards, tools and services?
Working on promoting Open Access to agriculture through encouraging the adoption of accepted standards in information management. In my view adopting these standards and incorporating these to Information Management tools increases visibility and stability of locally generated content. Access to knowledge is the first step to fight hunger ; facilitating the collection of local (locally generated and accepted indigenous knowledge) and agricultural scientific research knowledge is a key step in empowering local communities towards agricultural productivity.
