The 7th VOA3R Project Meeting will take place at the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations on May, 14t-15t, 2013 in Rome, Italy. Subsequently VOA3R will participate in the LINQ 2013 Conference, the leading conference for Learning Innovations and Quality, which will take place immediately afterwards from May 16th-17th. The participation consists of a half-day conference entitled "Building e-research communities on networked repositories" and is designed for a rewarding exchange of knowledge and experience. The collaboration is a result of the shared goals of LINQ, FAO and the VOA3R consortium - techniques in learning, training, and the sharing of knowledge in methods and processes of agriculture and food production.

The motto of LINQ 2013 is "Innovations and Quality: The Future of Digital Resources". The conference will bring together experts presenting and discussing new learning methods and design, Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL), quality standards and certification, human resources development, competences and skills, digital resources, learning materials, and online collaboration and communities.
