The Open Data Institute in partnership with the EU have created free, publicly available e-learning modules on Open Data in English and French. The programme has been designed to enable users to discover what open data is and how it is changing the lives of everyone on our planet.

Each of the 13 modules contains short (2-3 minute) video and text introductions to key concepts in open data. For example, module 9 on data formats and module 6 on measuring success for open data.
