Do you need support, but can't get to the library?

Now you can chat with the FAO Library on Skype. From the 1st of October you can place a video or voice call, chat via instant message and screen share, all at no charge.

• Time: Monday to Thursday from 14:00 to 16:30 CEST + Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 CEST
