The International Science Council (ISC) is working to unite the world to tackle climate change through a global science portal called Transform21. Through this, ISC is curating the latest content from their network of scientists and policy-makers, all aiming to unite the world through science. 

It is more important than ever for transformations worldwide, as countries work to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. It is clear that 2021 is a crucial year and time to make these transformations to create more sustainable and adaptable communities, informed by the latest scientific information and knowledge.

Since the UK will host the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow on 1 – 12 November 2021, the ISC is working together with the incoming UK Presidency of COP26 to curate important material related to the conference.

TRANSFORM21 is managed by the International Science Council (ISC). The ISC is a non-governmental organization with a unique global membership that brings together 40 international scientific Unions and Associations and over 140 national and regional scientific organizations including Academies and Research Councils. The vision of the Council is to advance science as a global public good. Scientific knowledge, data and expertise must be universally accessible and its benefits universally shared. The practice of science must be inclusive and equitable, also in opportunities for scientific education and capacity development.
