Kelvin offers 15 years of experience in Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) with advanced qualifications in the field from reputable training institutions, both local and international. Kelvin has over the past 6 years worked in the health sector providing ICT support in different capacities. He has facilitated numerous computer trainings in rural areas including helping doctors in Continuous Medical Education for management of e-learning platform. He has experience in providing solutions on ICT implementation, infrastructure, e-learning, e-government and ICT-related trainings in remote areas. He is friendly and resourceful ICT professional and Data Management professional with excellent ability to motivate others in ICT knowledge and implementation. What is your relationship with agricultural information management standards, tools and services?
Experience in designing,developing and maintaining, farmers registration system for cashew, tobacco and cotton. I have designing also e-learning system to rural agriculture officers to help them on capacity building and accounting issues. The system will use mobile phone and computer. Also i designed supply chain management for farmers, help them to market their crops using mobile phone. By this experience and dedication to agriculture industry is good relationship to me. Regards
