We have been invited by University of Sheffield to participate in "Technology Implementation" Project which has the aim to establish a system for targeted crawling and semantic annotation in the cloud.

The partners are Univ. of Sheffield, FAO, Elsevier,  IXXO (French SME), OntoText (Bulgarian SME) and Canonical (Cloud Service Provider and maintainers of Ubuntu).

I am attaching the FAO business case and  our workpackage.  I am happy to get more and better language.  Don't edit the documents directly,  but write comments to this post, which I will incorporate into the documents.

This is a fine opportunity to get our AGRIS 2010 project financed, therefore it is worthwhile to invest some time into it. I have a feeling that this project proposal could be successful.
