The Republican Scientific Agricultural Library of the State Agrarian University, in the Republic of Moldova, has taken up the responsibility for the translation of AGROVOC in Moldavian. This project, coordinated by Viorica Lupu, Indexing Group Coordinator, uses the current AGROVOC maintenance tool to produce the translated version of the current AGROVOC Thesaurus. The release of AGROVOC in Moldavian is planned for 2009.
