Naive AGRIS journals disambiguation: current situation

Starting from 1118 distinct journals (where distinction have been done by title-ISSN), "only" 213 haven’t been disambiguated, because they haven’t ISSN or they have a wrong format ISSN. The procedure is described in the PDF. Moreover, the generated list is in an HTML table, but it does not matter: we should decide an export format (surely XML, but we must choose the fields).

Just to describe the HTML table:

-          Column 1: cleaned ISSN with the count of occurrences of the journal

-          Column 2: main title of the journal

-          Column 3: the country, extracted from the journal title

-          Column 4: related titles (that may differ from the main one, but that represent the same journal) with the count of occurrences and the old, not-cleaned ISSN

Moreover we have also another information: the list of ARN for each journal. I have collapsed it in the HTML table to obtain the count of occurrences, but it can be expanded when we need ARNs.
