The Humanities GIS Research Group, established in Japan in 2004, has developed a web application based on AGROVOC, called ‘AGROVOC topic map’.

Graphic views of concept hierarchies

This application includes browsing and search functionalities in all AGROVOC languages, and graphic views of the concept hierarchies (Vizigate). The system uses AGROVOC URIs, and includes links to Wikipedia.
