Theme Empowering Africa's burgeoning population with access to demographic and development information - the world population explosion and access to the information needed to achieve the Millennium Development Goals in Africa.

Proposals for papers must normally be submitted by e-mail. The deadline for submitting proposals is 31 March 2012, but earlier submission would be appreciated at any time after 15 February.
