Muthu Madhan wins the 2013 EPT Award

The Electronic Publishing Trust for Development (EPT) has co-awarded the 2013 EPT award for individuals in developing countries working for Open Access to Muthu Madhan of the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT). The other award went to Rosemary Otando, Systems Librarian, EIFL Country and Open Access Coordinator at the University of Nairobi Library in, Kenya. The EPT award is an annual international award to recognise the impact that individuals in developing countries make in promoting Open Access.
