    is the Head of Digital Library Services at the University of Glasgow and is responsible for the development of the University’s institutional repository service, Enlighten . He is also a member of the international Open Repositories Steering Committee, co-program chair of Open Repositories 2015 and the Scientific Committee for OAI9. In 2013 he was elected to the SPARC Europe board for a three year term.
