MEETING OVERVEW
ITOCA in association with the IAALD Africa Chapter will be hosting a meeting at the upcoming 7th Africa Agriculture Science week in Kigali Rwanda on the 13th of June 2016 from 1445 – 1730 hours. IAALD connects a growing community of professionals from more than 75 countries - all with a strong interest in agricultural information and knowledge management; collaborates with members and many other partner organizations to facilitate learning opportunities; communicates and advocates the value of knowledge and information sharing; and convenes agricultural information professionals worldwide through face-to-face meetings and social networking opportunities.
AIM OF THE MEETING
The aim of the meeting is to re-engage with the IAALD community and highlight the importance of the Association to members and potential members. The meeting will also discuss the CTA and ITOCA project on developing CIARD Good Practice Guides/‘Pathways’.
