1- Evaluating the nutritional value, colour, flavour and texture of food and organic food. 2- Testing food samples for particular types of molds, yeast and bacteria that may be harmful. 3- Ensuring that food manufacturing processes conform with the government, processing, consumer and industry standards. 4- Exploring alternative manufacturing methods . 5- Producing new food products 6- Working closely with other food production staff including microbiologists, engineers, packaging specialists and buyers. . 7- Establishing low-cost wholesale food production methods 8- Investigating and setting standards for safety and quality .
