It is quite clear with the next f2f just a few months away we need evaluate the work done and plan how we shall accomplish remaining part before we can visit Peru. We will need to find methods of working that do not add further load to our working days, but will help us to more efficient.

Knowing that you challenging jobs, I proposal that each one of us would spend says 30 minutes to 1 hour of you valuable time each day on CIARD issues and also use the tools for interaction and communication offered on the AIMS http://www.fao.org/aims and CIARD http://www.ciard.net platforms to share and dicuss the issues; by the end of October we could have drafts to be dicussed in the f2f meeting. 

In Addis we all agreed that we needed a better tool developed to facilitate comminucation and sharing and hence the http://www.fao.org/aims, I encourage you to register via http://xxxxxxxx.org and also visit the the link http://aims.fao.org/en/community/ciard-cmtf/blogs/register-ciard-cmtf-activities to review the progress made on the ISSUES since Addis.  I request that we share via AIMS the progress made on issues assigned to each particular team.

A point to remember is CIARD will have only an impact if we will be able to create an active community, we therefore need to use the tools under AIMS website to discuss the issues.
