Through AIMS Interviews, community members are able to share experiences and collect case studies about implementing methodologies and good practices in managing agricultural research information. This section presents interviews collected from the AIMS Community around the AIMS subject areas. These interviews are organised into the following categories, AIMS User Interviews, Open Access Interviews and Thematic Interviews.

  • Anil Kumar Jha

    Anil Kumar Jha Bio, Senior Information and Resource Centre Associate, Knowledge Management and Communication at the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), leads ICIMOD’s Information Resource Centre. He is responsible for information resource access, management and dissemination to support the organization’s research and innovations work. Anil oversees the administration, updates and management of ICIMOD’s central document repository and the HKH knowledge portal HimalDoc. He is also responsible to keep track of use statistics for ICIMOD’s publications, promote them and link them with open access to regional and global knowledge portals to achieve more impact. He also supports colleagues in open access publishing processes and guiding users in the use of information management tools and technologies. Anil’s role also extends to linking libraries through the Himalayan University Consortium (HUC). He has deepened his knowledge and skills in different aspects of knowledge management and communication. He has successfully participated in many internal, national and international academic and leadership training, workshops, conferences, and webinars. Anil has also conducted many trainings, webinars and workshops that include AGORA/Research4Life.
