Is there an API for Agrotagger?

We are interested in auto-tagging online discussion content with concepts from the AGROVOC vocabulary. Is there some API to a service we can use to automate this, for example like OpenCalais and Reegle have for their vocabularies on Climate Change? Thanks, doug
