Triage works with investors, companies, organisations and governments in the agricultural eco system focused on sustainable agriculture and, in particular, the role of agriculture in addressing a broad development agenda, from food security to poverty, climate change to global partnerships.
We believe that sustainable / conservation agriculture is the key to unlocking agricultural productivity and that equipping and enabling small farmers, and helping the large ones too, to produce more, be more productive and become more profitable is the answer to not just a world without poverty and without hunger, but to healthier people and planet. We do this by:
1) Addressing strategic talent issues across the talent spectrum, from story telling and raising awareness in order to develop talent pipelines of high potential young people to working with specialist in demand skills, business, strategic and technical leadership (Talent Management);
2) Helping leaders and their teams solve big problems (Strategic Advisory and Consulting); and
3) Creating sustainable agricultural business models that address a broad development agenda (Investment and Ventures).
