Release Notes: Cross-Scheme Management in VocBench 2.1

The VocBench 2.1 is around the corner and release notes can be read here. VocBench is a web-based, multilingual, editing and workflow tool that manages thesauri, authority lists and glossaries using SKOS. One of the main features of the forthcoming VocBench 2.1 will be SKOS Cross-Scheme Management. In the release notes, users can get acquainted with this feature in advance and this will be included also in the manual of VocBench

The notes currently have the introduction, some notes about data integrity and then described are the checks carried upon the most dangerous operation: removing a concept from a scheme. The VocBench development group will be adding more information in the next days.
