FAO partners with CGIAR's ICT-KM Program on Knowledge Sharing Toolkit
The Food and Agriculture Organization has become an official partner of the Knowledge Sharing Toolkit, started by the ICT-KM program of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). Although the methods and tools covered by the toolkit are applicable in wide range of contexts, the aim is to frame them in the context of international development with a focus on agriculture, fisheries, food and nutrition, forestry and sustainable development. The toolkit has three main parts: two "libraries", one for methods and one for tools, that can be used for knowledge sharing, and a requirements based entry to these tools and methods. The toolkit is a "living" repository and is continuously being updated. More information is available from: http://www.kstoolkit.org/
