WQIC Bibliography-Use of Industrial Byproducts in Agriculture
The Water Quality Information Center from the National Agricultural Library of the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA/NAL/WQIC) has drawn on AGRIS for the preparation of a bibliography covering the "Use of Industrial Byproducts in Agriculture”.
Created in 1974 by FAO with the aim to facilitate information exchange on agricultural sciences and technology related literature, AGRIS (http://www.fao.org/Agris/) is a cooperative international information system updated by research institutions from different countries. 47 citations with abstracts and other information (such as keywords) from AGRIS have been included in the bibliography accessible from the WQIC Web site without charge.
The bibliography contains 1,369 relevant citations from several public and commercial bibliographic databases. It provides important information to national and international agricultural, natural resources, environmental, business and research groups involved with the use of industrial byproducts in agriculture.
