Using AGRIS advanced search capabilities to retrieve literature in agriculture, science and technology
Access to agriculture, science and technology literature is important within Agriculture, Research and Development (ARD) and also in advancement of science.
AGRIS (International System for Agricultural Science and Technology) content comes from various data providers from over 140 countries contributing 9,025,192 records. AGRIS is one of the many bibliographic databases used for locating agricultural information online, others examples include PubAg, TEEAL and CAB Abstracts.
The purpose of this webinar is to provide a run-through of the features of AGRIS advanced functionality and then have an interactive session with the users. While AGRIS is pre-dominantly a bibliographic database, it does become a finding aid in pointing to literature that might not be available through other search facilities.
